We are a large racehorse pre-training, breaking-in and spelling farm based on the Central Coast of NSW (just 1 hour north of Sydney). Our clients include some of the leading trainers and stud farms in the racing industry.
We are looking for experienced, reliable and passionate horse people to join our experienced team. We currently have positions available for Forepersons, Trackwork Riders, and Stablehands.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, supportive and fun team environment — and we are happy to tailor a package to suit the right applicants.
Current Roles Available:
🔹 Foreperson
Assist in the daily management of horses and staff, supervise stable operations, ensure high standards of horse care, and liaise with management and clients.
🔹 Trackwork Rider
Ride a variety of horses in various stages of their preparation, assist with education, fitness and assessment work. Must be confident, capable, and have recent riding experience in a professional racing or pre-training environment. Video’s of you riding would be a great addition to your application.
🔹 Stablehand
Handle horses daily, including feeding, grooming, rugging, tacking up, washing, walker/pool work, and general stable duties.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Proven recent horse handling or riding experience
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- A genuine love of horses and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
- Racing or pre-training experience highly regarded (but not essential for all roles)
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- A sense of humour — we work hard but enjoy what we do!
